Utes News

My name is Lauren Davidson. I am a member of the Utes tribe. We had our meeting at my house on February 3, 2000. I was really excited that all the girls would be coming over.  I got to beat the drum to start the meeting. Then everybody introduced themselves. Then we all got to tell what we did with our Dad's for fun and why we deserved the Wampum.

December 1999

My Dad read us a story called Miss Rumphius, but nobody listened because we have a new puppy and everybody wanted to play with her instead. Then we made candles and played a game. At the end of the meeting we ate cookies that my Mom and I baked. It was a lot of fun.
